Compensation & Perks
- $850 daily guarantee (first 3 months, or higher if net production % is greater)
- 30% Net Production Formula

The Opportunity
This role goes beyond dentistry. You’ll receive hands-on clinical mentorship to sharpen your skills in implants, Invisalign, CEREC, and same-day dentistry — while also gaining business and leadership mentorship that most associates never get.
- Learn how to read and manage P&Ls, operations, and practice leadership
- Develop the skills to one day run your own practice with confidence
- Work directly with owner doctors who will support you in both patient care and practice management
Additional Details:
- Procedures: General dentistry, with strong preference for implants, GP ortho/Invisalign, CEREC, and same-day dentistry
- Schedule: Typically 8–4 or 9–5, flexible days & times (no 10 or 12-hour days, work life balance)
- Mentorship: Formal and informal, covering clinical, business, and leadership pathways
- New Grads: Open — preference for some experience, but receptive to new grads who are coachable and motivated
- Technology: Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM systems, laser dentistry, electronic health records
- Growth Path: Partnership opportunity available
