Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of collections

Daily Guarantee: Offered for the first 3 months

Expected Earnings:

• Part-time (2–3 days): $130,000–$175,000 annually
• Full-time (4–5 days): $180,000–$350,000 annually

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed dentist (Maryland dental license required)
• Has at least 2 years of experience in general practice
• Experienced across most disciplines of dentistry
• Humble and collaborative, working well alongside other doctors
• Growth-oriented and flexible with technology, supplies, and systems
• Someone who genuinely enjoys patient care and values total health and wellness
