Salthouse Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a family-owned, high-volume pediatric practice located in St. Louis County, MO. Our team is collaborative, fast-paced, and passionate about providing exceptional care for children — putting their comfort and well-being at the heart of everything we do.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Structure: 33% of production

• Expected Earnings: $240,000–$500,000 annually

• Daily Guarantee: $1,200–$1,500 (flexible, based on experience)

  • CE support and Solea laser training

  • QSEHRA: $2,400 annually per full-time employee

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a well-balanced schedule with flexible hours. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with early GA days usually 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

The associate will provide a wide range of pediatric dentistry services, including:

• SSC crowns, resins, pulps, root canals, extractions

• Porcelain crowns (equipment available if desired)

• Hard & soft tissue procedures using Solea laser

• Space maintainers and other pediatric restorative procedures

Our office is equipped with modern technology, including:
4 Solea lasers, SprintRay 3D printer, Cerec, ELF scanner, CBCT

Mentorship and collaboration are available for both new graduates and experienced dentists. There is also a clear path to partnership for candidates interested in long-term growth.
