Wakefield Dental is a thriving, non-DSO private practice located in Dover, Ohio, led by an experienced owner doctor with over 21 years of clinical experience.

We provide a broad scope of comprehensive dentistry in a modern, technology-driven environment and serve a loyal patient base that is approximately:

• 80% Out-of-Network
• 20% Fee-for-Service

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 6 months
• Compensation Structure: Percentage of collections (negotiable based on experience and skillset)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time associate opportunity within a fast-growing, comprehensive care practice focused on collaboration, efficiency, and patient experience.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Fridays

The associate will have the opportunity to perform a broad range of general dentistry procedures, including:

• Crowns
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Dentures
• Additional procedures based on experience and comfort level

• Digital X-rays
• CBCT imaging
