Matamoras Dental is seeking a personable, motivated Associate Dentist to join our privately owned practice. With strong new-patient flow, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to work across two established locations, this is an excellent role for a dentist looking for growth, mentorship, and long-term stability.

Compensation & Benefits

• $800/day guarantee (4 days/week), annualized at $166,400
• 35% of production
• Expected earnings: $200,000–$300,000+

The Opportunity

Join a friendly, high-quality private practice with strong new-patient flow and a supportive team. You’ll step into a busy schedule and provide a full range of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Extractions
• Dentures and partials
• Optional: Endo, implants, and clear aligners (mentorship available)

Schedule: Full-time 4 days/week, with part-time options available.

Locations: Opportunity to work in Matamoras, PA and/or Highland, NY, based on preference.

Environment: Collaborative team, receptive patients, and strong clinical autonomy supported by modern digital technology (digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, paperless charting).
