Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Associate to join our growing practice. This position offers a supportive, friendly environment with and experienced staff, making the workday enjoyable and efficient.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $225,000 - $350,000+ based on experience
  • Daily Guarantee of $750 per day to be paid on a
  • bi-weekly basis for the first 6 months of employment.
  • Compensation Structure: Percentage of adjusted production
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Continuing Education Stipend: $5,000
  • Mentorship: Available for personal and professional growth
  • Liability Insurance Coverage: Included
  • Professional Licensing Fees: Covered by the practice

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Flexible Schedule: to prevent burnout
