House of Dentistry is a privately owned PPO/FFS practice located in Colonia, New Jersey, about 30 minutes south of NYC. Our team prides itself on a collaborative, supportive culture where everyone enjoys coming to work.

We provide comprehensive general dentistry in a friendly, professional environment. Our practice emphasizes mentorship and ongoing professional growth, including a 90-day onboarding program to help new associates reach their maximum potential.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
30% of collections (less 30% lab fees, paid bi-weekly)

Daily Guarantee:
$750/day base salary for the first 60 days

Expected Earnings:
Current associate collects $360,000 annually on a 26-hour work week, focusing on bread-and-butter general dentistry. With a full 4-day schedule, high-performing associates can earn $300,000+ annually, depending on production.

The Opportunity

This position offers the chance to work efficiently and profitably in a supportive office. The associate will have exposure to:

• Hygiene checks and exams

• Restorative dentistry and general procedures

• Molar endodontics (if comfortable)

• Invisalign and other optional procedures

• Emergency patient care

You will work alongside a team focused on maximizing patient care and practice efficiency.

• Licensed general dentist with 3+ years of experience

• Comfortable with molar endodontics and multi-column treatment planning
