Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $180,000–$250,000+ annually (4-day workweek; high performers can exceed this range)
• Compensation: 30% of production
• Daily Guarantee: $800–$900 provisional daily guarantee

The Opportunity

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Procedures

Perform a variety of cases, including:

• Complex restorative
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Surgical extractions
• Prosthodontic reconstructions
• Implant placement
• Invisalign treatments

Mentorship & Professional Development

• Weekly mentor meetings with Dr. Kim to review cases, treatment planning, and clinical philosophy
• Monthly coaching through All Star Dental Academy, focusing on patient experience, communication, leadership, and personal growth
• Direct support tailored to your experience level
