We are a private general dental practice in St. Charles County, MO, with a well-established and growing patient base. Our team is highly skilled and supportive, focused on delivering quality, patient-centered care. The office is equipped with all-digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, an implant system, and a WaveOne endodontic system, providing modern tools for comprehensive dentistry. Our expanded functions team members hold certifications in fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and restorative I & II, offering exceptional clinical support and allowing our dentists to focus on patient care and procedural flexibility. This is a fee-for-service and PPO practice with no HMO.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000 daily minimum (based on experience)
• 35% of production (no lab fees)
• Previous associates earning $250,000+ annually
• Potential to earn $250,000–$350,000+ depending on procedures performed

We’re seeking an associate dentist eager to provide excellent comprehensive care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You’ll have the autonomy to perform any procedures you’re comfortable with, while being supported by a competent and collaborative team. Strong mentorship is available whenever needed, making this an ideal opportunity for both experienced dentists and those earlier in their careers.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some days 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No evenings or weekends
• Start Date: By January 1
