Our owners operate with a conservative, ethical approach to care — treating patients as they would their own family, with an emphasis on quality dentistry and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $250,000–$350,000 annually

Structure: 30% of collections

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time position (Tuesday–Friday, 8am–5pm) with flexibility to some extent. You’ll step into a busy, growing practice with consistent patient flow due to continued expansion.

Clinical Scope Includes:

• Root canals

• Crowns and fillings

• Extractions

• Implants

• Clear aligners

• Comprehensive general dentistry

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• Digital X-rays

• Electronic health records

• In-office crown milling machine

Mentorship is available through informal guidance from experienced owners who prioritize ethical treatment and clinical excellence.
