Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $160,000–$350,000+ annually
• Compensation Structure: 30% of collections (negotiable)
• Daily Guarantee: Negotiable
• Signing Bonus: $5,000

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to perform a full range of general procedures based on your comfort level — with access to modern technology including CEREC, CBCT, Pearl AI, 3D imaging, and digital X-rays to support precision and efficiency in patient care.

This position offers mentorship through peer support, CE opportunities, and both formal and informal guidance.

• Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday (7 a.m.–5 p.m.), Friday (7 a.m.–2 p.m.)
• Reason for Hire: Practice growth and expanding patient base
