Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $160,000–$350,000+ annually
• Compensation Structure: 30% of collections
• Daily Guarantee: Yes, negotiable
• Signing Bonus: $5,000

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced clinician in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with a clear path to partnership.

You’ll have access to modern technology, including digital X-rays, Pearl AI, 3D imaging, intraoral cameras, Diagnodent, laser technology, and electronic records, all designed to help you deliver precision-driven dentistry.

• Schedule: Monday & Wednesday (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), Tuesday (8 a.m.–6 p.m.), Thursday (8 a.m.–2 p.m., with plans to extend)
• Position Type: Open to both full-time and part-time

• Mentorship: Both formal and informal, with peer support and CE opportunities
