About Our Practice:

We are a patient-focused, relationship-based practice specializing in orthodontics (without braces), chronic pain, and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Our team operates in a highly skilled and collaborative environment, ensuring the best care for our patients. The practice owner has 25 years of experience and provides mentorship to help associates develop their communication and clinical skills. Our office is technology-driven, featuring Medit, CBCT, and multiple lasers.

Position Details:

• Compensation: 30% above the daily guarantee, based on a percentage of each package sold (ortho, pain, and OSA).
• Salary Range: Daily guarantee as outlined below.
• Daily Guarantee: $700/day for 1-2 days per week.
• Schedule: Part-time, with flexible scheduling options. Currently offering Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Continuing Education (CE): Yes, with AGD credits provided through in-office training.
• Insurance: Associates must provide their own malpractice insurance.
• 401(k): Not initially, but will be considered after one year.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams of the head and neck.
• Conduct CBCT scans with radiology reports.
• Utilize palpation techniques and select appropriate appliances.
• Work with state-of-the-art lasers and technology (training provided).

Ideal Candidate:

• Has basic knowledge and training in OSA and TMD treatment, with completed cases.
• Is interested in long-term growth and self-improvement.
