Wilkinson Dental is ideal for an experienced dentist seeking great culture in a gorgeous, modern private practice setting! On a normal business day, we have 5 hygienists catering to our patients. Each doctor works out of two restorative operatories assisted by highly skilled Expanded Functions Dental Assistants who are trained to complete all elements of the appointments, so our doctors can focus on providing high-quality restorations while staying on schedule.
We’re a highly collaborative group, with our dentists often consulting each other on difficult cases and providing mentorship when needed. Our doctors enjoy full clinical autonomy, with the ability to provide a full scope of treatment, or the option to refer to another dentist within our practice or specialists in the community as they see fit.
Thanks to our in-house Marketing team’s focus on attracting new patients coupled with our reputation of high-quality dentistry, we can barely keep up with demand and guarantee new patients in each doctor’s schedule every day!
The biggest perk in joining our practice is our culture! We try to strike a balance between buttoned-up professionalism and laugh-out-loud fun with our work family.
