Dental Associate Position – Bakersfield, CA
We are seeking a part-time or full-time dental associate to join our growing, positive, and drama-free team in Northwest Bakersfield, CA. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically confident doctor who prioritizes patient care and communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation:
- 27% of adjusted production (for doctors with ≤5 years of experience)
- 30% of adjusted production (for doctors with >5 years of experience)
- Previous associates have earned $220K to $500K+ per year
- Daily Guarantee:
- $800/day (<5 years of experience)
- $1,000/day (for experienced doctors, negotiable)
- Benefits:
- 50% medical insurance coverage
- $5,000 retention bonus ($2,500 at 3 months & 12 months)

- Located in Northwest Bakersfield, a growing and thriving area in a mid-sized city of 450,000 people.
- 2.5 hours from Los Angeles, 5 hours from San Francisco, 2 hours from the ocean, and 4 hours from Las Vegas.

Schedule & Flexibility:
- Office hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (choose an 8-hour shift)
- Saturday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling – prefer part-time (2-3 days/week) but open to full-time.
