Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32–35% of collections (based on experience)
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually

The Opportunity

This is a flexible full-time or part-time opportunity (2–4 days per week), with the practice currently operating a four-day clinical schedule from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The office is consistently busy and supported by an experienced team, allowing doctors to maintain a productive schedule while enjoying excellent work-life balance.

The practice offers a broad spectrum of dental services, including:

• Restorative dentistry

• Endodontics

• Oral surgery and extractions

• Implant dentistry

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Orthodontics

• Sleep dentistry

• Periodontics

• TMD therapy

• Pediatric dentistry

Associates are not expected to provide all services immediately. Instead, this full scope reflects the opportunities for growth, with mentorship available to expand skills and clinical experience over time.

The practice is equipped with modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging

• CEREC Omni with in-house milling

• Medit intraoral scanner

• Waterlase laser

• iChiro implant system

• Brasseler endodontic system

• Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras

• Electric handpieces and piezo surgical units

• Touchscreen operatories with Eaglesoft software

The office features six large private operatories and a highly capable clinical team, including 5 dental assistants, 2 hygienists, 4 administrative team members, and 3 doctors. This support structure allows associates to focus on delivering quality dentistry while gradually building expertise across the full range of services.

• A licensed General Dentist

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (residency training will also be considered)
