Sunrise Dental is a patient-focused, family-friendly practice located in downtown Moses Lake, adjacent to a major grocery store and main shopping area. Our team is efficient, fast-paced, and highly supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

We are seeking an associate who is motivated, clinically confident, and eager to grow under mentorship, while enjoying a balanced three-day work week.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 34% of collections
Daily Guarantee: $1,200/day for the first 3 months
Expected Earnings: $200K–$250K annually

The Opportunity

This is a flexible, part-time or full-time role offering a productive three-day work week with four-day weekends, typically:

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

The associate will perform comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Crowns

• Extractions

• Root canals

Mentorship is formal and ongoing, providing guidance for newer dentists or those looking to grow clinically and professionally.
