General Dentist | 30% of Production | Equity & Ownership Potential | Greater Nashville Area

We are currently seeking a General Dentist to join our thriving, privately owned group practice 1.5 hours outside of Nashville, TN. This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about comprehensive care and is knowledgeable in all aspects of general dentistry. This position has significant earning potential, over $350,000 first year income is expected. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience , but we will consider those without this level of experience as well.

The selected provider will enjoy full clinical autonomy with a high volume of crown and bridge, endodontics and surgery cases, supported by an experienced team and a modern, high-tech clinical environment. This role also includes mentorship opportunities in advanced procedures such as full-mouth rehabilitation, All-on-X, and high-end cosmetic cases under the guidance of our owner, Dr. Skylor Morton. This is a full-time, contract position with a Monday through Friday schedule, including four clinical days per week and no weekend hours. Compensation includes a daily guarantee for the first 60 days, transitioning to 30% of adjusted production. There is no base salary, but also no lab fees or unnecessary deductions, allowing you to maximize your earnings with full transparency.

Full-Scope General Dentistry Including preventative, restorative, aesthetic, and cosmetic procedures. Preventative Care Routine exams, cleanings, oral cancer screenings, and patient education. Restorative Dentistry Fillings, crowns, bridges, and comprehensive treatment planning. Surgical Extractions Including wisdom teeth and complex extractions. Single Implant Placement (minimum requirement) Candidates should be comfortable placing single implants independently. Advanced Implant Dentistry (preferred) Experience with All-on-X, immediate load cases, and bone grafting techniques. Sedation Dentistry Office is fully equipped for oral sedation and IV sedation (preferred). Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry Including veneers, bonding, teeth whitening, and smile design. Comprehensive Treatment Planning With potential for life-changing full-arch reconstruction cases.
