Las Cruces Dental Associates is a well-established, fee-for-service private practice located in a highly visible location next to Mesilla Valley Mall and just off I-25. Our practice serves a growing and diverse patient population and is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team as we replace a retiring doctor, stepping into an established schedule with strong demand and mentorship available from experienced clinicians.

Compensation

• Earning Potential: $250,000–$325,000 annually

• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 2 months

• Compensation Structure: 33% of production

• Continuing Education: $2,000 annual CE allowance

• Insurance: Malpractice insurance fully covered by the practice

• Relocation Assistance: Available and dependent on candidate fit and experience

• Time Off:

  • Salaried doctors: 2 weeks vacation + sick leave

  • Production-based doctors: Flexible unpaid time off

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm

  • Friday: 8:00am–12:00pm
