Dental Nook is a busy, 7-operatory private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a wonderful team, loyal patients, and an experienced owner doctor who built the office to grow. We're a newer practice with significant growth ahead, and we're looking for an associate who wants to be part of that growth as an owner, not just an employee.

This is a rare setup: a guaranteed income to start, the freedom to practice the dentistry you want to do, and a buy-in opportunity at 6 months at a price that reflects where the practice is today, not where it will be.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Earnings: $144,000–$300,000 annually

Guarantee: $12,000 per month for the first 6 months

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a busy 7-op practice where you'll have full clinical autonomy: perform any and all procedures you're comfortable with, and take on more as you grow.

Mentorship is available if you want it. Our experienced owner doctor is happy to guide you on advanced cases, but this is a role for a dentist ready to run their own schedule.

You'll be supported by a fully equipped, modern office, including:

• CBCT imaging
• iTero scanner
• CO2 and diode lasers
• Implant equipment
• Rotary endodontic files
• Digital X-rays and intraoral camera
• TVs on the ceiling in every operatory

Ownership is the goal. We're looking for a dentist who wants to buy in and grow the practice with us. With significant growth ahead, you'd be buying in at a low price and sharing in what comes next.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 2+ years of experience
• Confident practicing independently across a broad scope
• Interested in buying into the practice and building long-term
