Located in the heart of State College, PA—home of Penn State University—our thriving dental practice serves a large and diverse patient population across a wide geographic area. We’re the only practice accepting Medicaid within a 3-hour radius, which means we’re consistently booked and growing fast.

Our team is known for a warm and supportive environment where doctors have full clinical autonomy and the opportunity for real professional growth. The owner-doctor does not practice at this location, and our current associate is transitioning into an ownership role. We’re now looking for a dedicated and compassionate general dentist to join us full-time and become part of something meaningful.

Compensation & Benefits

• $850/day guaranteed for the entire term of a 2–3 year contract

• 30% to 35% of adjusted production (minus lab fees) based on production

• Paid monthly: if the percentage exceeds the guarantee, the difference is paid as a bonus

• Expected salary range: Minimum $210,000+ (no maximum)

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (7 AM–5 PM or 8 AM–4 PM), with optional Fridays (8 AM–12 PM) — flexible within that range

• Sign-on bonus: $10,000

• Medical insurance: Fully covered

• Dental treatment: Free for spouse and children; 50% discount for parents and siblings

• Continuing Education: $2,000/year

• 401(k): Negotiable

• H-1B and Green Card Sponsorship: Full support, including legal and filing costs, with an experienced immigration attorney

• Potential Pathway to Partnership for the right candidate (if interested)
