Dentist (Super GP) - Partnership

Fast growing, state of the art office, collecting over 5 million; looking for an exceptional Dentist to add to our TEAM. Someone looking for more than just a job.  This position is intended for a dentist with 3+ years experience seeking partnership with a path that is laid out. Opportunity to earn over $500K once partnership established. Mentorship available in extractions, bone grafts, prf/prp, implants, IV Sedation, digital all on x, molar root canals, 3D printing.

Our dental team is dedicated to excellence, education and going above and beyond to inspire confidence and provide remarkable patient experiences. 

We do a little bit of everything from iv sedation, prf/prp, implants and all on x, to clear aligners, cosmetics, root canals, crown and bridge and basic restorative dentistry. Our goal is to be super gps where we can provide exceptional care for all of our patients and strive to be one of the best offices in the entire country.

We have the newest technology: 3 trios scanners, electric handpieces, 2 surgical suites, 3D printers, icam4d; to allow us to be the best we can and provide are patients with a wow experience.

We have 12 ops with plan to expand to 22. Have 7 hygienist's and plant to hire 2 more.

This position is intended for a dentist seeking partnership with a path that is laid out. There will be both Clinical and Business Mentorship.

The goal is for our future dentist to be willing to do a little bit of everything. We want all of our doctors to be super GP's and the expectation is that coming in the dentist is confident, awesome communicator, and competent in molar endo, basic restorative, extractions. Ability or Desire to learn PRF/PRP, IV Sedation, Implants, Clear Aligners and most importantly wanting to be a future partner. Mentorship in both clinical and the business side of dentistry will be part of the position with a path laid out for ownership.
