We’re a thriving family dental practice located in a beautiful lakefront community just outside Knoxville. Our office is deeply rooted in the area, serving patients of all ages with a wide range of general dental services. With a strong existing patient base and steady growth in the community, we're ready to welcome a new associate to our close-knit team.

You’ll be joining a positive, drama-free environment with a highly supportive team that includes one current associate, three experienced hygienists, and three EFDA assistants. Our team works hard but has fun, values collaboration, and prides itself on providing high-quality care in a relaxed setting.

The Opportunity

Start Date: July or August preferred
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
Flexibility: Yes – we’re happy to discuss a schedule that works for you
Mentorship: Yes – hands-on support and guidance from experienced doctors
New Grads Welcome: Absolutely! We enjoy training and supporting new clinicians

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $600/day
Compensation Model: Daily Guarantee + 10% of production
Expected Earnings: $150,000–$300,000 annually
– Two current associates each producing around $300K/year
