Our practice is deeply rooted in the area, serving patients of all ages with a broad range of general dentistry services. With a strong, stable patient base and continued community growth, we are positioned for a new associate to step into immediate productivity and long-term opportunity.

You’ll be joining a positive, team-oriented environment where collaboration and high-quality care are the standard. Our clinical team includes one associate dentist, four experienced hygienists, and two EFDA assistants & an RDA assistant, all working together to maintain a supportive, efficient, and enjoyable workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model: Flexible structure with two options: $600/day guarantee + 10% of adjusted production, or 30% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $150,000 – $300,000+ annually
(Current associate is producing approximately $1.2M/year)

Daily Guarantee: $600/day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position designed for both growth-oriented dentists seeking mentorship and experienced providers looking to maximize production, autonomy, and stability.

The practice features 8 total operatories (4 restorative and 4 hygiene), with each doctor assigned 2 dedicated restorative chairs to support strong patient flow and consistent productivity.

Start Date: July or August preferred (flexible)

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday (Full-Time)
• Flexible scheduling available based on provider needs

You will step into a fully supported clinical environment with immediate patient demand, allowing you to be productive from day one without pressure or chaos.

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Preventive and general family dentistry
• Routine extractions and basic procedures
