You’ll work alongside four experienced dentists who provide comprehensive mentorship across all procedures, helping you grow your skills and confidence in a supportive setting.

Depending on your preferences, you’ll have the flexibility to work at one or split your schedule between both — enjoying diverse patient experiences and the full support of a unified, collaborative team.

What We Offer

• Flexible Scheduling: Choose full-time or part-time work, with options to split your week between our two beautiful locations. Enjoy a four-day workweek and adjustable days to fit your lifestyle.
• Compensation: Collection-based pay starting with a $650 daily guarantee for the first four months, then 32% of collections. Typical earnings range between $200,000 and $300,000 depending on your production and skills.
• Benefits: $5,000 annual CE stipend, 100% malpractice insurance coverage, 4% matching 401(k), and medical insurance available.
• Technology: Access to CBCT, Cerec Same Day Crown, and a cloud-based patient management system—keeping you on the cutting edge of dental care. (adding these in the upcoming months)
• Mentorship & Growth: Learn from four seasoned dentists who perform nearly all procedures in-house. New grads welcome, with preference for GPR or AEGD completion. Ownership/partnership opportunities available as you meet production goals.
