Martin Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our Johnson City, TN dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, proficiency in various dental procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
• Specialize in areas such as Endodontics and Prosthodontics as needed.
• Utilize advanced technologies and software such as Epic for patient management and record keeping.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during all procedures to maintain a sterile environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental practices and medical terminology.

Experience

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a focus on patient care within a dental clinic environment.
• Proficiency in performing oral surgeries and dental extractions is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
