We’re a growing, privately owned family dental practice located in Oviedo, FL, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Orlando metro area. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to bring on our very first Associate Dentist. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build into a long-term position while being mentored in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Perks

• $850/day base guarantee (for the first 6 months)

• Competitive compensation structure based on experience

• Schedule built around a daily production goal of $4,500, with potential earnings of $1,200–$1,500/day as the schedule builds

• 2 weeks PTO

The Opportunity

Schedule:

This full-time position will start as a 4-day workweek, with the expectation to grow into a 5-day schedule within approximately three months.

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Procedures:

• Fillings, crowns, extractions

• Implants and clear aligners (mentorship provided)

• Most Endo is referred out; candidates with strong Endo skills are a huge plus

Technology:
We are a tech-forward office equipped with Trios scanner, CBCT, Cephalometric imaging, and a robust clear aligner system for advanced diagnostics and comprehensive treatment planning.

Mentorship:
Strong focus on mentorship, especially in implants and clear aligners
