ASSOCIATE DENTIST OPPORTUNITY | $850/DAY GUARANTEE | PART-TIME | MENTORSHIP & GROWTH TO FULL-TIME | OVIEDO, FL (ORLANDO METRO)

We’re a growing, privately owned family dental practice located in Oviedo, FL, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Orlando metro area. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to bring on our very first associate dentist. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build into a long-term position while being mentored in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Perks

• $850/day base guarantee (for the first 6 months)
• Competitive compensation structure based on experience
• Our schedule is built around a daily production goal of $4,500, which means an associate could potentially earn $1,200–$1,500 per day as their schedule builds.
• 2 weeks of PTO

• CE support available (case-by-case approval)
• Ownership/Partnership potential not currently offered but long-term growth is encouraged

The Opportunity

• Schedule:
• Wednesdays: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Thursdays: 8 AM – 5 PM
• This role will begin as a part-time position of two days per week, with the expectation of expanding to a full-time schedule of four days per week over approximately six months.
• Procedures:
• Fillings, crowns, extractions
• We also offer implants and clear aligners (mentorship provided)
• Most Endo is referred out, so a candidate with strong Endo skills would be a huge plus
• Technology: We are a tech-forward office equipped with a Trios scanner, CBCT, Cephalometric imaging, and a robust clear aligner system to support advanced diagnostics and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Mentorship: Yes – strong focus on mentorship, especially in implants and clear aligners
• Growth Path: Ideal for someone who wants to build into a full-time role as the practice grows

• At least 2 years of clinical experience (no new grads at this time)
• Friendly, honest, and motivated with strong leadership skills
