Compensation & Perks

  • Daily Guarantee: $800/day

  • Compensation: 35% of Collections

  • Earning Potential: $200,000–$350,000+ annually

  • CE Allowance: $4,000/year

  • Insurance: Partial medical coverage

  • 401(k) & Profit Sharing: 3% match

  • PTO: Sick time and some paid holidays

  • Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

The Opportunity

  • Procedures: Crowns, Invisalign, extractions, and more

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (days negotiable)

  • Mentorship: Informal guidance, peer support, CE opportunities

  • New Grads: Not open to new grads, preference for AEGD/GPR-trained clinicians or equivalent experience

  • Technology: Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM, laser dentistry, 3D printing

  • Growth Path: Partnership discussions in progress
