Associate Dentist Opportunity | Family-Run Practice with Mentorship Available

Prairie Run Dental is a growing, family-owned practice built on relationships, not production quotas—and everything we do is driven by our values. We’re non-contracted with all insurance companies, allowing us to provide the kind of personalized, high-quality care that puts people first—not policies. Compensation & Perks

• Compensation is 33% of production — with this model, associates in our practice have the potential to earn $500,000+ annually.

• $850/day guaranteed for the first year (adjusted to reflect days worked)

• CE Support: We highly value continuing education and support our team in pursuing growth and clinical excellence. While we do not have a formal CE stipend, CE expenses are reimbursed at the owner's discretion, and we actively encourage team members to pursue courses that align with their professional goals and the needs of the practice.

• 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor contribution + discretionary profit-sharing

• Employer-paid Life, AD&D, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability insurance

• Vacation policy: unlimited (owner’s discretion, up to two consecutive weeks at a time)

The Opportunity

• Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM

• Procedures: crowns, root canals, extractions; implants a plus but not required

• Hands-on mentorship from an experienced, approachable dentist

• Flexible, family-friendly scheduling to support work-life balance

• Non-contracted, insurance-independent office allowing full clinical freedom
