Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: Starting at $750+ per day (based on experience) for the first 4 months
• Long-Term Pay Structure: 35% of collections
• Health Insurance: Full health coverage, ancillary benefits, and 401(k) with match
• CE Allowance: Up to $2,000/year

The Schedule

• Days: Monday–Thursday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-Time or Part-Time: Flexible depending on your goals

Clinical Scope

As an associate in our practice, you'll primarily focus on comprehensive general dentistry — including exams, hygiene checks, fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care. We also welcome and encourage doctors who bring additional skills and interests to the table.

You’ll have the opportunity to perform:

• Endodontics – including molar root canals for those comfortable and experienced in the procedure
• Surgical Extractions – especially wisdom teeth and complex extractions as needed
• Implant Dentistry – from placement to restoration (if clinically trained and confident)
• Dentures & Removable Prosthetics – for both full and partial cases, including immediate dentures and relines
