Live on the lake and practice in the foothills of the Smokies in beautiful Morristown, TN, just 45 minutes from Knoxville. Morristown Dentistry is a busy and fast-growing office with wonderful patients and a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. We are currently booked out for months for doctor’s side, hygiene, and new patients, so you’ll step into a full schedule from day one. Currently, we refer out all molar endo, 3rds, and implant placement, so those procedures are available to you as well.

With a strong, loyal patient base and a steady flow of cases, we’re seeking a motivated associate who wants to grow clinically, earn competitively, and potentially build toward partnership. For those interested in partnership, we will soon begin construction on a new office, giving you the opportunity for a low buy-in to the current single-doctor office while also having a hand in designing our brand-new multi-doctor space.

Compensation & Perks

• $1,000–$1,200/day guarantee for the first 3 months

• 33% of collections

• Expected earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually

• $3,000 CE allowance annually

• Signing Bonus: up to $10,000 dependent on experience

• Clawback: 100% if leaving within 1 year; 50% if leaving within 2 years

The Opportunity

• Procedures: Crowns, root canals, extractions, fillings, dentures, partials, scaling & root planing, plus molar endo, 3rd molars, and implant placement opportunities

• Schedule: Alternates M–Th and T–F (open to locking in consistent 4 days for 3-day weekends) | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Mentorship: Informal clinical and hands-on business mentorship from experienced partner doctors

• New Grads Welcome: Yes (experience preferred, but not required)

• Technology: Digital X-rays | Digital scanner
