Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30% of collections, plus bonus potential based on performance
• Earning Potential: $250,000–$350,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: $900/day for the first 3 months during orientation and training
• Insurance: 50% of medical insurance premium covered
• Continuing Education: Included; ongoing training and mentorship from Dr. Thrasher

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced, growth-minded dentist looking to advance their clinical and leadership skills in a modern, high-tech private practice.

You’ll work closely with Dr. Thrasher as he transitions toward retirement over the next 1–3 years, stepping into a leadership and potential partnership track while helping expand services and hours of operation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with an occasional Saturday

Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry for adults and children, including implants, extractions, dentures, Invisalign, sleep apnea treatment, restorative and cosmetic procedures

Technology: Digital X-rays, CBCT, CAD/CAM, Laser LANAP therapy, intraoral photography, smile simulation software, Diagnodent, and advanced sterilization systems

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, clinically skilled associate who’s ready to step into a key role as our senior doctor reduces hours:

• Experience: 3–5 years in private practice preferred
• Certification: Level 1 or 2 Oral Sedation required; IV sedation a major plus
• Skillset: Implant placement and comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Mindset: Coachable, team-oriented, positive, and committed to continuing education
• Leadership: Comfortable working independently and contributing to practice growth
