Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 40% of collections
• Guaranteed Draw: $4,000 bi-weekly for the first 3 months
• Estimated Total Earnings: $300,000–$500,000 annually (based on production)
• Continuing Education: $1,500 annual CE allowance
• Insurance: 3 medical plan options (individual, spouse, and family) with employer-paid portion; additional coverage includes life, accident, illness/cancer, disability, and vision insurance, plus dependent care and a $1,000 company-funded HRA
• 401(k): Safe Harbor plan with employer match up to 4%, fully vested upon enrollment after 12 months
• Time Off: 4 weeks unpaid (based on schedule) plus 7 paid company holidays

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive environment with a diverse patient base and full clinical autonomy. You’ll perform a wide range of procedures, including:

• Diagnostic and restorative care
• Root canals
• Fixed and removable prosthetics
• Implants and oral surgery
• Extractions
• Invisalign and emergency care

You’ll be supported by a collaborative, skilled team and provided with the tools to grow your clinical and leadership capabilities.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunity
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling with ability to adjust start/end times and days
