Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $225,000–$300,000 annually
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
• Compensation Structure: 33%–35% of collections
• Ownership Path: Opportunity to acquire ownership as soon as you’re ready
• Mentorship: Formal mentorship, informal guidance, and practice management support
• Full-time Position with some schedule flexibility

The Opportunity

As an Associate Dentist at Affinity Dental Care, you will have autonomy and responsibility while working in a supportive, patient-focused practice. You’ll provide a wide range of dental procedures including:

• Root canals, crowns, and bridges
• Dentures and partials
• Extractions and implants
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Dental evaluations and consultations
• Invisalign treatments in collaboration with Evenly Orthodontics

Schedule & Environment

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Manage your own schedule with some flexibility
• Work in a collaborative team environment focused on patient care and professional growth

Technology

• Digital X-rays including NOMAD units
• 3D imaging
• Laser dentistry
• Electronic health records
• Patient communication system
