Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: 29–32% Production

• Expected Earnings: $350,000–$450,000 yearly

• Daily Guarantee: Yes (amount/duration available upon request)

Based on the assigned schedule and a focus on proper treatment planning, associates are well-positioned to achieve the $400K+ earning goal.

The Opportunity:
This is a full-time opportunity offering a well-balanced schedule with a consistently busy patient flow. The associate will work Wednesday–Friday, 8am–6pm, and Saturday, 9am–4pm.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and laser procedures. You’ll be supported by modern technology, including digital X-rays, CBCT, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM equipment.

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist seeking autonomy and earnings

There is also a clear path to partnership or ownership for the right candidate, which can be discussed and structured early on.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed general dentist

• 2+ years private practice experience post-residency preferred
