Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Highly competitive production-based model (details provided during interview)

Expected Earnings: $225k–$300k annually for most associates (after 1st 6 months of development)

• With our established patient base, all of our previous associates (including new grads) have earned $225K - $300k+ (annualized) within the first 18 months.

• Current associate earning over $350K with IV sedation

Daily Guarantee: Available during initial ramp-up period (details provided during interview)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$25,000 (based on 2–3 year commitment)

Partnership Opportunity:

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a high-producing schedule and strong patient demand. The associate will work Monday–Thursday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) and every other Friday (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM).

The practice offers a broad scope of dentistry, including:

• General and restorative dentistry

• Cosmetic procedures

• Implant dentistry

• Advanced procedures (IV sedation - upon training)

You’ll be supported by modern technology and a fully equipped facility, including:

• Digital X-rays

• CBCT imaging

• Trios intraoral scanner

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:
