The office serves a loyal patient base and offers a full spectrum of services including restorative, cosmetic, and full mouth implants. Our team emphasizes quality treatment, thorough dental photography, and clear communication, creating long-term relationships with patients and staff alike. Associates enjoy a digital practice with multiple scanners, printers, and mills, a collaborative clinical culture, and strong mentorship in advanced restorative and implant procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base $200,000–$300,000+ annually depending on production and skills
• High earning potential, easily $300K+ for those proficient in general and restorative dentistry
• 28–32% of collections (based on experience and skills)
• $800/day guaranteed for the first 3 months
• Health insurance coverage
• 401(k) with employer matching
• $7,500 CE allowance

Schedule:

• Full-time, typically 4 days flexible between Monday–Friday
• Employees work 1 Saturday per month 8am-2pm
• Solo unit crowns, bridges, and implant procedures encouraged
