Compensation & Benefits

• $1,250/day guaranteed, no expiration
• 25% of collections — expected annual earnings: $290,000–$650,000
• 401(k) plan to support long-term financial growth
• Signing Bonus & Relocation Assistance: $20,000 over 3-year contract ($10k after first 3 months, $10k after 6 months; full repayment required if contract not completed)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our highly booked pediatric practice. You will provide comprehensive pediatric dental care and treat adult teeth fillings when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• All pediatric dentistry procedures
• Adult teeth fillings as required
• Work within a happy, stress-free environment focused on quality care and patient satisfaction
• Flexible scheduling, including the option to work lunch shifts or Saturdays to accommodate high patient demand

Schedule: 8:20 a.m.–5:20 p.m., flexible based on office needs

Experience: Open to new grads or experienced pediatric dentists. Full training provided. Candidates must love working with children and demonstrate patience.
