As he expands the practice, deepens his orthodontic focus, and fulfills his role as a faculty member and Diamond Provider for Candid Clear Aligners, he is looking for a trusted associate to take on patient care and maintain the high standards our community expects. This role is ideal for an operator who loves dentistry, values relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit island community.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive general dentistry for all ages
• Quadrant dentistry, simple root canals, extractions, crowns, composites, and bridgework
• Hygiene exams and dedicated hygiene column
• Diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care
• Opportunity to introduce or expand specialty services you are passionate about
• Mentorship and training in orthodontics, digital dentistry, CEREC, leadership, and confidence-building

Position Details

• Immediate need: 3 days/week (potential to expand to 4)
• Long-term Full-Time opportunity preferred
• Flexible schedule
• Guaranteed $850/day for first 90 days

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Active Washington license or ability to obtain
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable with general dentistry procedures
