Compensation & Benefits

Clear, competitive, and growth-oriented.

• Base salary: $150,000 + production-based bonus

• $1,000/day guarantee for the first 3 months

• Established associates typically earn $250,000–$350,000 annually

• $10,000 signing bonus

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a busy, patient-rich, fee-for-service practice with no insurance-driven pressure and a true 4-day workweek.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• No Wednesdays. No weekends.

Clinical scope includes:

• Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry

• Implants (hands-on mentorship and training available)

• Invisalign

• CEREC

• WaveOne endodontics
