• Daily guarantee: $900 / day
• Production: 30% of adjusted production, rising to 32–34% based on performance

Opportunity

• Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week (Mon–Fri rotation; no evenings or weekends) — expected to build up schedule quickly (practice sees 50–75 new patients/month).
• Procedures / Scope: Full-scope general dentistry with opportunity to place implants; compensation increases for providers who expand procedural scope (endo/ortho/extractions).
• Technology & Clinical Capabilities: CBCT, digital scanners, soft-tissue lasers, 3D printing, PRF, modern digital workflows — all available to support advanced restorative and implant work.
• Mentorship & Support: Hands-on mentorship available; collaborative team with strong clinical support to accelerate growth.
• Ideal Candidate: DDS/DMD or equivalent; driven and efficient; bilingual (Spanish) a plus for this patient population; new grads welcome — strong performers can quickly reach the practice’s earning potential.
