Howard County Smiles is a privately owned, state-of-the-art, well-established, and fun dental practice. We are a very patient-centric practice, focusing on proactive vs. reactive dental care for the entire family. Our philosophy is complete and comprehensive care—all patients are fully treatment planned and completed using quadrant dentistry.

We are a full-service practice, providing implants, orthodontics, quadrant dentistry, CEREC, 3D printing, and TMD treatments. Our stunning facility is designed to optimize safety for both patients and staff, using the latest technology, including the CEREC PrimeScan, Viso G7 CBCT scanner, and a full digital workflow.

As an associate dentist, you will receive extensive mentorship and business training from Dr. Becker, a highly regarded teacher with over 30 years of experience guiding thousands of dentists in advanced dentistry worldwide. This includes both clinical skills and practice management, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into the practice.

Compensation & Perks

• Daily Guarantee: $750/day, tapering over 4 months
• Compensation: Tiered 30%–35% of collections
• Expected Salary: $250,000+ annually, dependent on experience and production
• Benefits: Health insurance (50% coverage, family plans allowed), 401(k) with 3% employer match, extensive mentorship and business training

The Opportunity

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with some flexibility in start/end times
• Procedures: Full-service general dentistry including implants, orthodontics, quadrant dentistry, CEREC, 3D printing, and TMD treatments
• Mentorship: Yes — provided by Dr. Becker and practice leadership
• New Grads: Yes — open to recent graduates with strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry
• Technology: CEREC PrimeScan, Viso G7 CBCT scanner, 3D printing, and fully digital workflow
