Coastal Periodontics and Implant Dentistry is a thriving two-location practice based in Mobile and Fairhope, Alabama, serving a rapidly growing patient population along the Gulf Coast. We provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care, supported by advanced technology including Periolase Nd:YAG, X-Guide, CBCT, Dexis Intraoral Scanner, and SprintRay 3D printing.

Our team is collaborative, family-oriented, and fast-paced, with a strong commitment to excellent patient care and professional growth. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dedicated periodontist to join us in delivering high-quality specialty care in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 annually (paid even during PTO and holidays)

• Production: 35% of collections

• Signing Bonus: $7,500 (2-year contract; repayment if ended early)

• CE: Paid for up to 20 hours annually

• Insurance: 50% of health insurance covered (family plans available); 100% malpractice coverage

• 401(k): 4% employer match (eligible after 1 year)

• Vacation & Holidays: 2 weeks (8 business days), plus office-paid holidays

The Opportunity

• Procedures: Periodontal surgery, implants, gingival grafts, bone grafts, sinus augmentations

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm (or 8am–4pm with working lunch)

• Mentorship: Informal guidance available

• New Grads: Yes – must have completed a periodontal residency

• Growth Path: Partnership opportunities available
