At Middlebury Dental Center, we are a supportive, family-oriented private practice that prides itself on professionalism and delivering high-quality dental care. We are growing quickly, and with the owner looking to reduce clinical chair time, we are excited to welcome an experienced associate who can step into a meaningful role and grow with our practice.
$750/day guarantee for the first 3 months
35% of collections
Expected earnings: $200,000–$250,000+ annually (Salary estimate based on a 2–3 day per week schedule)
$1,500 annual CE allowance
401(k) with 3–4% employer match (eligible after 1 year)
$300 healthcare spending account contribution
Paid Time Off: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years
Partnership path: percentage share in profits with the option for future practice purchase
Procedures: Root canals, crowns, extractions, clear aligners, fillings
Schedule: Monday 7:30–5, Tuesday 7:30–6, Wednesday 7:30–5
Flexibility: Ability to adjust start/end times | Start part-time with option to move to full-time (2 - 3 days a week to start)
Mentorship: Informal clinical guidance with CE support
Technology: Digital X-rays, CBCT, digital scanner, 3D printing
Reason for Hire: Practice growth and reduced clinical hours for owner
Experience required: At least 3–5 years (you’ll often be the only dentist in the office)
Expectations: Confident in all aspects of general dentistry with a commitment to quality work (re-makes and re-dos are associate’s responsibility)
Qualities: Strong communicator, patient-focused, team-oriented, and motivated to grow long-term with the practice
