Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• 33%–35% of adjusted net production

Expected Earnings:

• $250,000–$400,000+ annually based on schedule, production, and procedures performed

Daily Guarantee:

• $900/day guaranteed for the first 3 months

Partnership Opportunity:

• Percentage share in profits with future practice purchase potential

The Opportunity

This is now a full-time associate dentist opportunity with a strong and growing patient base in a modern private practice environment.

The associate will work:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Root canals
• Crowns and restorative dentistry
• Extractions
• Clear aligners
• Fillings and comprehensive treatment planning

You’ll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:

• Digital X-rays
• CBCT imaging
• Digital scanners
• 3D printing technology

The practice is also opening a second office in July, creating additional flexibility for the associate to work between both locations and maintain a consistently productive schedule and strong patient flow.
