Associate Dentist Needed in North Carolina!

$180,000 - $300,000 yearly

What are some features of your dental practice?

Patient centered practice where we take the time listen to our patient's wants and needs. We have strong internal referrals and generate most of our new patients by word of mouth. We are highly recommended as a dental office on social platforms such as Neighborhood and Facebook. We have 700+ Five star reviews on Google.

We have a mix of high reimbursing PPOs and Fee for service. We are a true family practice with a patient demographic ranging from children to the elderly.

Compensation is 32% of Net Production with the opportunity to increase up to 35%. There is a $700 daily guarantee.

We invest in our team and support both their professional and personal growth. Associate doctors are offered an ample CE stipend yearly to grow their skills as a clinician and a leader in the practice. As the owner doctor, I have a vast knowledge of the business of dentistry and would love to mentor associates if they have that similar interest.

We enjoy spending time outside of the office as a team. This past year we were able to go on a cruise to the Caribbean. We have multiple staff outings throughout the year like ax throwing, renting a pontoon to go out on the lake, dinners, and other team building events. We also support our local community and attend many of the events hosted by the town of Wake Forest such as Meet in the Street and STEM events.

Wake Forest, NC is a fast growing suburb of Raleigh. We are less than 30 minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. We are only a two hour drive to the mountains or the beach. Wake Forest and Raleigh offer affordable living, outdoor spaces, and four-season weather.
