We’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality dentistry with compassion and integrity. With a busy and growing patient base, we are seeking another associate dentist to help us sustain growth and meet demand.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $750–$1,000/day for the first 3 months

• Compensation: Tiered adjusted production — starting at 30% for $50k/month, up to 35% at $90k/month, with additional increases at each $10k milestone

• Earning Potential: Associates have cleared $450,000+ annually

• Insurance: Medical and dental insurance available

• 401(k): Retirement plan offered

• Continuing Education: Encouraged and supported. Associates who pursue advanced implant courses are expected to apply skills clinically (ex: placing a set number of implants after training).

• PTO: Paid time off offered

The Opportunity

• Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry — whatever you are comfortable with or eager to learn, including implants, restorative, crown & bridge, removable, emergencies, and more

• Schedule: Flexible — standard is Mon–Thurs 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Fri 8 a.m.–2 p.m., with options for part-time or nights/weekends if desired

• Mentorship: Absolutely. Our motto is “constant and never-ending improvement.” You’ll have support to grow clinically in any area of interest

• Technology: 3D printing, smile design systems, implant therapy for denture stabilization, and digital workflows to support efficiency and outcomes
