Compensation: 30–37% of collections
Average Earnings: Current associates earn $350/hour on collections/production
CE Stipend: Employer-paid annual allowance (with one-year commitment post-training)

Procedures: Full-scope comprehensive dentistry. Freedom to focus on implants, extractions, bone grafting, sedation, ortho, cosmetic, and more—or choose a tailored clinical path supported by in-house specialists (pediatric, oral surgery, endodontics).
Schedule: Completely flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Mon–Fri (most doctors work 4 days/week 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.).
Mentorship: In-house and external CE opportunities; support for professional development and growth.
Technology: 3D imaging, CBCT, digital X-rays, laser, PRF/PRP, AI-supported treatment planning, intraoral photography, advanced EMR, and strong specialist collaboration.
