We’re a close-knit, “willing-to-help” team led by an experienced owner doctor who values mentorship, camaraderie, and clinical autonomy for our associates. Our relaxed, loyal patient base brings above-average dental needs—allowing for consistently strong production. With a steady new patient flow of 50–60 NPs/month, you’ll have the opportunity to stay busy, expand your skills, and grow your income.

The Opportunity

• PPO/FFS patient mix (80% PPO / 20% FFS)

• Procedures:

  • Crowns, bridges, composites, sealants

  • Root canals

  • Extractions & bone grafts

  • Clear aligner orthodontics

  • Implants, partials, dentures, overdentures, AOX restorations

• Hygiene team performs all cleanings, laser, and fluoride procedures

• Typical schedule includes:

  • 5–10 hygiene exams daily

  • 3–5 major production procedures (crowns, RCTs, quads of fillings, extractions/bone grafts, removable impressions)

  • 3–5 minor procedures (crown seats, single fillings, limited exams)
